Prime Minister Hun Sen on Monday ordered the competent forces launched a large-scale campaign to improve security by putting the assassinated social analyst Dr. Kem Ley is a case of “extreme brutality”.
Dr. Kem Ley was shot dead by gunmen weapons at around 9 am on Sunday at a shopping mall near Bokor Boston.
